Subject- Application for delay in constitution of an Internal Complaints Committee

I, Ms. Panya Sethi, as the In House Counsel for Senghal and Associates, am writing to you citing
the reasons for delay in constituting an Internal Complaints Committee.

The reasons for delay are as follows-

1. The Complainer is working as an Associate and working from June 16, 2015 to June 20,
2023.

2. Ms. Rashi has complained against Mr Vikram

3. Mr Vikram is working as a Partner and no such complaints have been received against
him since the time of his employment in 2009.

4. Ms. Rashi complained that Mr Vikram often made remarks on her appearance and
dresses, specifically demanding her to wear certain attire that makes her more attractive
which has not been reported till now.

5. The Internal Complaints Committee was to be constituted on August 20, 2023 but was
not able to be set up because of unforeseen administrative challenges during the process
of establishing the committee. Moreover, as a part of our commitment to ensuring
transparency, an extensive consultation process has taken place to gather input and
feedback. A lot of time has been invested in appointing competent members who possess
the relevant expertise to serve on the committee.
 6. I, on behalf of the company, write to the Local Complaints Committee that the Internal
Complaints Committee would be constituted on September 1, 2023 after which the legal
proceedings would take place.
