Greetings of peace and love!
With due respect, I would like to inform you that my name is Jessa Mae De Jesus
and I am a student of Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) 3A. I am writing this
letter to your humble office in order to request you for allowing me to use one of the
school facilities which is the library.
The main reason for requesting permission to use the mentioned facility is to
conduct our studies and research about our given report together with my groupmates. I
ensure that no harm would be caused to the property and will be used properly.
I appreciate your consideration and I’m looking forward to hear your decision at
