Symptom
This KBA provides instructions on customizing the Welcome Page in the SuccessFactors LMS.
How does a user/student customize the display of the Welcome Page upon initial and subsequent logins?

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login as a user in LMS >
2. A welcome page is displayed >

3. How can this page be customized according to User Organization/Domain?

Resolution
1. Login as Admin in the LMS >
2. Navigate to System Admin > Application Admin >
3. Click User Introduction, then click Add New >
4. Give it a Panel ID and assign it to a Domain >
5. Customize the appearance on the DATA field. Once done customizing, click Apply Changes >
6. Go to System Admin > Application Admin.
Give it a Brand ID then assign it to a Domain (e.g.: PUBLIC)
Click the Introduction Panel and select the panel customized in Step 5
Click Submit
 Now the brand can be assigned to an Organization or Domain
To assign to a specific Domain:

1. Login as Admin in LMS >

2. Go to System Admin > Domains >
3. Search for the Domain to customize >
4. On the Summary tab, assign the brand created above on the Branding Style Field >
5. Click Apply Changes.

To assign to a specific Organization:

1. Login as Admin in LMS >

2. Go to Users > Organizations >
3. Search for the Organization to customize >
4. On the summary tab, assign the brand created above on the Branding Style Field >
5. Click Apply Changes.
If the Welcome page is not visible:
1. Add the Access News workflow to the role.
