Teacher Chris: “Hayyss Im so tired dealing with
these students, it’s hard to get their attention
especially in my subject which is math. When I
studying in college I thought it was easy.

it comes in real life nagsstruggle na ako. What
should I do teacher Kim.
Teacher Kim: alam mo as your fellow teacher it
is up to the teacher itself to know and
understand your students and besides your top

your first year. Lahat naman nagundergo sa
stage na yan.
Teacher Chris: Yes I already know that but my
goal is to be an effective teacher, pano ako
magiging magaling na guro if my students didn’t
understand my lesson. Halos mag three days na
kami sa order of polynomials and only half of
the class ang nakakagets sa tuwing
nagpapaassessment ako may mababa ang
scores. D ko inaanticipate na may ganto akong
students na maeencounter.
Teacher Kim: as I mentioned iba iba ang skills ng
of your job to ensure na may na22nan ang bata
even though it will take a long time. A friendly
advice have you heard the saying “begin with
the end in mind”. When you make your learning
plan later make sure na alam mo ang goal mo.
You should include this on your learning plan
First is What are your objectives for your
students teacher chris, what are the
appropriate assessments suitable to the
students. Make sure mga assessments mo hindi
nakakaintimidate, baka kaya mababa scores nila
kasi yung mga diniscuss mo sa kanila eh d
naman lalabas sa assessment na ibibigay mo?
Teacher Chris: Hehe parang ganun na nga
Teacher Kim: odba siraulo ka din. Hindi sa
pagiging Hyprocrite but sometime medyo
nabobothered ako kapag wala sa nireview ko
yung mga tanong haysss anyway as I was saying
make sure your assessments are fun, interactive
but effective. Remember hindi lang sa written
exam nasusukat ang knowledge ng students. We
have 3 learning domain, Cognitive, Affective and
Psychomotor.
Teacher Chris: I should start working on my
Learning plan. Thank you teacher Kim for
reminding me these principles.

Teacher Chris: Okay so lets start identifying the
needs of my students. Planning backwards is
not literally starting your lesson plan at the end
but to identify the possible outcomes of my
students whether my learning strategy is
effective or not. I should write down those
students whose struggling in my class and
maybe modify my assessments so that my
students are able to have fun and learned at the
same time.

Teacher Chris: Good morning students, how are
you today, anyone in the class would like to

received scholar from my organization that i
have registered last month.
Teacher Chris: Congratulations for your

simplifying polynomials but first let us have a
review from the previous lesson.
Descending order is basically when the power of
a term decreases for each succeeding term. For
example, x3 + x2 + x or 2 x4 + 3 x2 + 7 x are
arranged in descending order. Descending order
is more commonly used. To add or subtract
polynomials, just arrange like terms in columns
and then add or subtract. You can simplify
a polynomial by adding or subtracting like
terms. Let's look at the trinomial below and
identify the like terms.
Now that you remember our topic today let us
have an activity involving Polynomials. Our
activity is called Arrange Me. So I need 4
volunteers to do this activity. In this activity you
are tasked to arrange yourselves holding your
given term in DESCENDING ORDER.
