Definition of Sports: Sport is a type of physical activity that aims to

improve one's abilities and sense of humor while also providing fun and
entertainment to spectators. It can be organized through various
means, such as a simple game or a series of competitions. In some
sports, such as racing, multiple contestants may compete against one
another in order to win, while in others, the game is between two
teams, each of which trying to beat the other.

What is Basketball? Basketball is a team sport in which two teams fight


using a ball in which whoever hast the most points wins. in order to get
a point is to get the ball to go through the hoop/ring.
Positions in Basketball: Point guard, power forward, shooting guard,
center and small forward
Types of Shooting in Basketball: Jump shot, hook shot, bank shot, free
throw, layup and slam dunk
Types of Dribbling in Basketball: Low dribble, speed dribble, change of
pace dribble, crossover dribble, hockey dribble, reverse dribble and half
reverse dribble
Types of Passing in Basketball: Chest pass, bounce pass, overhead pass
and wrap around pass

-I think the importance of sports in our physical fitness is how easy it
makes to be fit. A lot of people don’t like working out in general so
that’s why sports it is a combination of being competitive, fun and
physical fitness. People tend to be competitive so sports makes it easier
for people to work out even more. And another important thing about
sports is you can make a lot more friends and great people.
