the design intent. Units: millimetres.
1. Design intent.
Create a new part using part_CAD template. The design intent for this part is as follows:
• Part is symmetrical about the axis of the hub.
• Hub has draft.
2. Dimensioned Views
Use the following graphics with the description of the design intent to create the part.

3. Add text.
Add text to the sketch and extrude or cut it by freely chosen distance. Sketch on the front
face and add construction lines and arcs as shown. Use Symmetric relationships between endpoints of the
arc, line and vertical centreline. Create two pieces of text:

• Sweep feature

Create this part using the information and dimensions provided. Units: millimetres.
1. Design intent.
Create a new part using part_CAD template. The paper clip is defined by a path that
describes the centreline of the sweep. Use a path and a section or a path and the circular
profile option.
2. Dimensioned Views
Use the following graphics with the description of the design intent to create the part.

3. Edit material.
Add Steel Plain Carbon Steel material to the part. Make part Blue.
4. Save and close the part.
