Introduction to Materials Science and Engineering Homework 3

A set of load-displacement data, acquired from a tensile test of a nickel sample, is

given in this file. The gauge width, thickness and length of the sample are 2.0 mm, 0.2
mm and 10.0 mm, respectively.

1. Plot an engineering stress-strain curve according to the load-displacement data.
