Subject: Letter with an apology;

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to accept my mistake for not attending my obligation as Asst.
Coach of Taekwondo Elem. Boys in MRAA and to apologies for being irresponsible on
my assign task. Due of my obligation and duties also on my work here at our school I
handling a graduating class and I need to comply the school forms and year-end report
for preparation of our graduation on June 2, 2023, and turn-over of new administration
of our new school principal.

I tried my best to look for the travel schedule and I already book a ticket for wednesday
trip at 5pm Roxas port to Odiongan Romblom port and the estimated time of my arrival
to Camijos Elem school is on thursday lunch and I am very late on the game and my co-
coach said that on wednesday the taekwondo event for elem boys are already done. Im
decided to not to go in Romblom-romblom to attend the MRAA. Please accept my
apology for not being able to attend this momentous event.

I hope that you understand the necessity of my situation. I shall be very grateful for your
kindness and consideration.
