Good Afternoon.

KRA has noted that you filed your 2022 Annual Income Tax Resident Individual return as required
by the law. However, please note that you did not remit your return balances as required. Kindly
remit the taxes immediately. Failure to which tax compliance certificate shall be withdrawn and
enforcement collection measures shall be instituted to recover the Taxes as per the tax procedures
Act 2015 without further reference to you. In case the debt is not valid, provide relevant supporting
documents for our review and update of your tax ledger. If you had provided the documents earlier,
please furnish us with the details. For any clarification, please visit KRA offices 1st floor,

We are pleased to inform you that KRA is offering an amnesty for outstanding penalties and interest as at
December 2022, under section 37E of the Tax Procedure Act upon application. We advise that you take
advantage of this amnesty by paying all principal taxes due immediately. Please note that there will be no other
opportunity for waiver of penalties and interest since section 89(6) of the Tax Procedures Act was deleted under
the Finance Act 2023. Further information on the amnesty may be obtained from the KRA
