Project Charter

Goal Statement:
Reduction of Lens & FPCB Dropping from 10% →5 %
Problem Statement :
Dropping percentage in Q3 has been 10% based on MES data
which is affected our Targeted Yied rate
In Scope:
All equipment Nozzles, vacuum pressure, Utility and all existing
internal process

Business Case:

- Dropping of Lens and FPCB is main concern in camera


manufacturing .
- Due to dropping our UPH drop, productivity reduced
and OEE not achieved as per target and yield also reduced.
- Customer is also concerned about this dropping and due to
which scrap rate also increased.
Failure of this lead to not achieve our operation's KPI
