a hiring manager of a highly productive company.
I was tasked with recruiting people of quality and paying them higher wages than our
competitors. This company philosophy served me well and sharpened my ability to recruit
people that cared for their work on a personal level . Our sales, distribution and production
facilities flourished and to this day Paccar Inc has a world wide track record of first class
customer service and profitability.
Javina Gadingan's qualities fit those values I counted on as a professional. I have known
Javina as my student and class assistant for two years which gave me an excellent opportunity to
observe work practices and character. Javina exhibits a strong work ethic and empathy for others.
Javina has earned better than average grades in my class and leads group work. Javina is a silent
leader and creates group trust and commitment.
Javina’s attendance and work production are excellent, most importantly She synthesizes
learning by using her own words to convey learned objectives. She learns something and then
will communicate those ideas to others when they need help fulfilling objectives.
Javina uses objective reasoning in discussion by adding analysis and argument that is interesting
