5. Travel Itinerary – Airline and hotel booking
6. Educational documents – Year 10 till most recent qualification –
certificates and transcripts.
7. Work experience letters for all jobs held in the last 10 years.

8. Letter of grant of leave of absence from current employer including

recent pay slips
9. Financial self sufficiency documents – bank statements for the last 4
months. Current closing balance letter from the bank with the
branch stamp.
10. Letter of invitation from family/ friends in Canada
11. Identification proof of family/ friends in Canada including proof
of address – Passport/ PR card/ Study permit/ Work permit copies.

12. Work experience letters of family/ friends in Canada.

13.Financial documents (bank statement and closing balance) of

family/ friends in Canada as proof of sufficient funds to
accommodate you.
 14. Photograph – specification 35mm x 45mm (specification attached).

15. Proof of assets or business.

16. Letter of leave of grant issued by the educational institution ( only

applicable if currently on a valid Australian student visa_

Fee:

The Canadian visitor visa application fee is CAD $100 per person. Additional
fee of CAD $85 can be applicable for persons who have to provide
biometrics.

Processing time:

Once the client has filled out and provided all necessary documents, the file
will be processed. Files submitted for Canadian visitor visa will take 28
working days to be processed by the Consulate General of Canada in
Sydney.
