1) To participate in national and asia level events like robocon ,

technoasia etc
2) Conduct workshop but this time total participation should be
800 students.also make enough profit from students such that
project funds of odd sem can be accommodated from this.
3) Sort “what are we” that is to come in department .Try for funds
from sponcer in odd sem if reasonable amount not possible
then try to make a chapter or under any government scheme.
4) Pariticipate in win win compitions with bare minimum
workforce.
5) Complete the hell slayer such that it becomes a win win bot in
local robowar.
6) Conduct roboweek3.0 in even sem – 2days event (project
display and offline and online competition) before nimbus
7) 3rd year (current 2nd year)will be lead of project they can either
be individual lead of a project or max in a group of 2.Such that
we will be able to prepare around 9 projects.
8) Also 1-2 long term projects which can be started and completed
halfway then passed on the juniors to complete.
Work plan
1) Projects finalizing by end of summer holidays (ideas of 3rd year
only)
2) “Where are we”- Make the society departmental in start of 2
weeks of college.
3) As soon as “where are we” is decided process the file for
permission for conducting workshop.
4) Keep trying to get the funds from sponcer and alumini .And also
see a backup plan to become chapter,if we cant get enough
funds.
5) Interviews for 2nd year (and also in all year there will be a
screening session at end of every sem just to filter out)
interview will be of 2 rounds.
6) Conduct the workshop for the first year in aug/sept as soon as
the first year arrives in college.
7) Get the hellslayer ready by end of September.(either getting the
bot funded or contributing).it will only participate in local
robowars where its winning is fixed.
8) Process the permission for school workshop by mid of
September.
9) Conduct a school workshop in oct. This will be totally organised
by 2nd and 3rd year to enhance the leadership quality of 3rd year.
10) Participate in any national level event other than the IITs.
(the events name needs to be finalised before the end of
summer break)
11) Projects update to be taken at end of every 2 weeks and
action to be taken who is giving dealing.
12) During the winter break of around 1 month
sponcers,schedule,timeline competition name everything to be
decided such that during January we can directly process the
files for roboweek3.0.
 13) A guest lecture, project display and 1 competition online
and 1 offline to be done in roboweek3.0 in feb.
14) Participate in a national level competiton which will be
decided in winter break.
15) Showcase all project in nimbus(ie which were built for
competiton in odd and even sem and which were long term
project.
Achievements-
So by the end of our session we will have about 12-14 projects to
display,
Biggest workshop in history of NITH
School workshop.
Participating in national level event legacy of 2017-18 batch we will
start it again.
Winning In various iits (with minimum workforce).
Roboweek3.0 legacy continues.
Best project display in NIMBUS 2K25.
We will also have a bunch of sponcers on our back to support us
financially as they see our achivements.
