the beer industry faced several significant threats and challenges.

These included shifting consumer preferences

towards health and wellness, competition from craft breweries, regulatory changes, environmental concerns, and
increased competition from other alcoholic beverages. Economic downturns, supply chain disruptions, and global
market dynamics also posed risks, along with changing consumer tastes, health concerns, and legal issues.
Additionally, the industry was adapting to the digital era with e-commerce and digital marketing. Consolidation
through mergers and acquisitions was another factor impacting the competitive landscape. For the most current
information, it's essential to consult industry reports and news sources, as the industry is subject to rapid changes.

One time when I significantly improved a process was during the Zamrudpur development project. Our initial task
was to establish a sustainable education streamlining process for the students in the area. We began with a
traditional pen and paper approach but introduced substantial curriculum changes. To enhance learning, we
integrated mathematics with sports and English with plays, making education more engaging. We further
bolstered cognitive skills by implementing the Pymetrics game. Additionally, we focused on behavioral
development through community welfare projects. This comprehensive approach led to recognition and
accolades from the Zamrudpur municipality for our innovative contributions, demonstrating a marked
improvement in the education process for the local students.

My most significant achievement, one that I thoroughly enjoyed, was founding a startup with a mission to combat
food waste in the industry. Our core idea revolved around reducing food wastage at every stage, from production
and distribution to end consumers. We implemented key MVPs to achieve this goal, including providing surplus
food at highly subsidized rates to consumers during restaurant closing times or through catering services, thus
reducing waste and creating daily value. We also forged partnerships with pulses and cereals exporters to rescue
items that didn't meet grading standards and made them available at subsidized rates, effectively minimizing
both food waste and pollution while generating monetary value. The icing on the cake was securing funding from
the LSE startup incubator, which validated our vision and provided crucial support for our mission to combat food
waste.

In the beer industry, building strong relationships is not just about business; it's about shared passion and culture.
By immersing myself in the intricacies of brewing and actively participating in the craft, I'd connect with my team
on a profound level, fostering mutual respect and camaraderie. This approach would not only enhance the quality
of our products but also create a collaborative and passionate work environment where innovation and
excellence thrive. In addition, by engaging directly with customers through events and tastings, I'd establish a
loyal following that appreciates our commitment to quality and the unique experiences our brewery offers. This
niche-specific strategy ensures that our beer company becomes not just a business but a vibrant and respected
part of the beer culture itself.

In line with Anheuser-Busch's commitment to employees exceeding their own expectations, I challenge myself in
the workplace by consistently setting and pursuing ambitious goals. I'm a firm believer in continuous
improvement and personal growth. To achieve this, I actively seek out new challenges and opportunities to
expand my skill set and knowledge. I'm committed to learning, both through formal training and on-the-job
experiences. I also value feedback and self-reflection as crucial tools for self-improvement. Collaboration and
teamwork are at the core of my approach, and I embrace innovative thinking to drive positive change.
Additionally, I maintain resilience in the face of challenges and strive for a healthy work-life balance to ensure I
can perform at my best. Ultimately, I aim to exceed my own expectations by consistently pushing my boundaries
and contributing to Anheuser-Busch's success.

In my previous role as the president, I made a significant mistake by failing to effectively motivate the people I
was working with.. Unfortunately, this resulted in a noticeable dampening of the group's spirit, which had a
negative impact on our overall performance and morale. It was a valuable lesson for me, and I was determined to
correct it. I began by actively acknowledging the efforts and contributions of each team member. I implemented a
contribution tracker to keep a record of their achievements and progress. To boost morale and create a sense of
healthy competition, I introduced the "Volunteer of the Month" program,To further recognize the exceptional
efforts of my team, I went a step further and provided them with letters of recommendation from the head of
CRY India, commending their invaluable contributions..

Through this experience, I learned the profound importance of team spirit and sportsmanship in achieving our
collective goals. I realized that as a leader, my role extends beyond just managing tasks; it's about inspiring and
nurturing a positive and motivated work environment where every team member feels valued and recognized..

I'm Dharwi, currently in my third year as an economics student. What defines me is my unwavering commitment
to creating a meaningful impact. I consider myself a driven, visionary, attentive, and diligent individual, and these
values have guided my experiences and endeavors.

One of my most significant experiences has been my involvement in sustainable community development
projects in Zamrufpur. Here, I served as the finance director, working to break down the exclusionary barriers
surrounding education. It was here that I learned the true value of access to quality education and developed a
strong commitment to equitable opportunities for all.

Throughout my current internship, I've been part of a team that established a new business from the ground up,
collaborating with NRI partners. This experience has reinforced my belief in entrepreneurship as a driver of
innovation and progress. It's taught me the importance of visionary thinking and the diligence required to turn
ideas into reality.

In addition to my academic pursuits in economics and finance, I'm deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and
its spirit. This passion led me to start my own startup aimed at mitigating food waste, a project that reflects my
dedication to sustainability and social responsibility. It has honed my leadership and managerial abilities.

In summary, my journey as a third-year economics student is grounded in values of equity, innovation, and
sustainability. My experiences in community development, entrepreneurship, and finance have shaped me into a

Last year, I participated in a case competition in the domain of risk management. While I gave it my best effort, I
ended up as a finalist but did not win the competition. However, this outcome left me unsatisfied and determined
to improve my skills in risk management.

Actions: In response to my desire to enhance my risk management knowledge and abilities, I decided to enroll in
the GAAP FRM professional risk management program. This program, though intensive, was essential for my
growth. Unfortunately, my academic responsibilities, a demanding internship, semester exams, and several
extracurricular commitments, including our annual fest and a society annual event, coincided with the exam dates
for FRM.

Initially, it seemed impossible to balance everything. However, instead of yielding to the pressure, I chose to
reinforce my belief in my abilities and the determination to succeed. I began to allocate a significant portion of
my day to prepare for the FRM examinations. I made a strict study schedule and optimized my study efficiency.

Despite the relentless schedule, my sheer motivation, self-expectation, and my "never failing" attitude drove me
forward. I remained resilient, focused, and committed to my goals. I was unwavering in my determination to
succeed in both the FRM exams and excel in my other commitments.

Result: Ultimately, my hard work and determination paid off. I not only cleared the FRM examination but also
achieved top quartile scores in all subjects. This was a significant achievement, considering the immense pressure
I was under. Simultaneously, I performed exceptionally well in my internship, semester exams, and contributed
significantly to the annual fest and society annual event.

This experience highlighted to me that, even in the face of extreme pressure and numerous commitments, my
unwavering determination, effective time management, and focus on the desired outcome could lead to
outstanding results. It demonstrated my ability to thrive in high-stress situations, reaffirming my commitment to
continuous growth and success.
