Bldg. Mabini. We always strive to maintain a safe, comfortable, and pleasant
environment for all residents. With this in mind, we would like to address a few concerns
that have come to our attention recently.

Firstly, we have noticed that some tenants have placed shoe racks along the walkway,
obstructing the proper passage for others. We kindly request that you refrain from
placing any personal items outside of your rooms, including shoe racks. By keeping the
walkways clear, we can ensure that everyone can move freely and safely throughout
the building. Furthermore, it is important to note that we cannot be held liable for any
lost or damaged items left outside of your rooms.

If you have any specific requests regarding installing new items such as blinds or other
fixtures within your rooms, we kindly ask that you reach out to the management office.
Our team will be more than happy to assist you in finding suitable solutions and
ensuring a smooth process for any modifications you wish to make.

Secondly, we have observed some residents hanging clothes on the railing. While we
understand the need for practicality, we kindly request that you refrain from hanging
clothes in common areas. By maintaining a clean and visually appealing environment,
we can all contribute to a more enjoyable living space for everyone. We greatly
appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind all residents to review the terms
and conditions outlined in the lease agreement you signed upon moving in. The terms
mentioned above, including the proper use of common areas and the limitations on
personal belongings outside of your rooms, are clearly stipulated in the agreement.
Familiarizing yourself with these guidelines will ensure a harmonious living experience
for everyone in the building.
