JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Reports To: Executive Vice President Department: Administration General Purpose: (Summarize overall purpose of job.) Perform receptionist duties at the corporate offices and administrative duties for executive management personnel. Essential Functions: Handle all situations, stressful or otherwise with discreetness and confidentiality. Greet, assist, announce and direct visitors to appropriate personnel. Operate 20 incoming phone line switchboard and direct or take messages as necessary. Send and distribute facsimile documentation, and maintain fax equipment. Coordinate administrative matters with the Executive Assistant. Manage the Employee Award Program. Manage the Red Wing driver boot program. Circulate current fuel prices to terminals daily Word process correspondence and other documentation for executive management personnel. Circulate mail to and from executive management. Assist other departments when time permits. Various other administrative duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements: Self-motivated. Positive attitude. Pleasant demeanor. Superior phone etiquette. Administrative assistant experience. (2 years preferred) Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Efficient accurate word processing skills. Experience working with personal computers. Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred. Regular and sustained attendance.
