Sh. Anurag Malik, counsel for the defendant no. 1 and 2.
None for the defendant no.3.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that copy of the WS of
the defendant no. 1 and 2 has already been received.
Counsel for the defendant no. 1 and 2 undertakes that WS
shall be filed on record within one week from today.
Counsel for the plaintiff submits that an application under
Order 1 Rule 10 (2) CPC for amendment in the memo of parties was
moved on 19.09.2019.
Heard on the application.
Vide order dated 09.09.2019, the school of the plaintiff
namely Rashtriya Military School, Belgaum, Karnataka was impleaded
as the defendant no.3. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the
amended memo of parties dated 19.09.2019 is taken on record.
At this stage, one reply dated 10.10.2019 received from the
defendant no. 3 by speed post has been placed before me.
Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has received copy
of the said reply of the defendant no.3.
Put up for filing replication, if any, admission denial of
documents and framing of issues for 19.12.2019.
