I was born in the San Bartolomé hospital in Lima on a
temperate day in January. My birth was a joyous occasion for my parents, who are originally from Cutervo, Cajamarca. My mother was 27 and my father was 30 when I was born. There were about five people present at my birth, including my parents, the medical staff, and my paternal grandmother.
Growing up, my favorite activity was playing football
with my friends in the park near our house. My favorite person was my grandfather, who used to tell me fascinating stories about his youth. I remember the weather in Cutervo was mostly sunny and warm, which made it perfect for outdoor activities.
The food was delicious, with a lot of traditional
Peruvian dishes like ceviche and lomo saltado. The people in Cutervo were very friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Looking back, I realice that my childhood was filled with love, joy, and wonderful experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today.
