SUBJECT: HOLY WEEK HOLIDAY INSTRUCTIONS 2024

This office directs security personnel deployed in project sites with operation activities.

In preparation for the upcoming long Lenten weekend, security OIC/AOIC/SIC’s and all security personnel are hereby
issued these instructions.

1. Limit stay in to those authorized by the PIC in writing; no visitors allowed.


2. Impose curfew, no entry and exit for stay in personnel from 10pm to 5am.
3. No alcohol, no drugs no entry to those under the influence.
4. Locate control switch and valves for electric and water supplies for emergency purposes.
5. Prepare a loaded and unexpired fire extinguisher near the guard houses for easy access.
6. Require stock clerk/site authorities to conduct an inventory and actual physical count of the materials to be left
behind during the holiday season.
6a. Conduct actual and physical count of materials at the same time with the stock clerk (especially
copper wires).
6b. Take pictures of the stocks in their places of storage.
6c. If materials are not secured in a warehouse, inventory must also be conducted. A covering tarp
shall be installed and must be sealed.
6d. Conduct the actual and physical count of materials when there is no more operation on site.
6e. Seal warehouse doors/padlocks with any adhesive material where the stock clerk can affix
signature (masking tape etc.)
6f. Seal the keys to the warehouse in an envelope to be signed by the stock clerk; only to be
opened in case of emergency inside the warehouses.
6g. On the very first hour of the resumption of operations, security shall endorse the materials to
the stock clerk and conduct another inventory.
6h. Materials endorsed to the subcontractors are their liability, however their warehouses shall be
locked with tape seal; keys must be sealed in an envelope and signed by their stock clerk. Upon
resumption of operation sub con must conduct inventory with security before they can start
removing materials from their warehouses.
7. Implement monitoring to be discussed by the security inspector. See attached.
Conduct inspection of the doors/locks on the warehouses EVERY 30 MINS.
8. Expect surprise visit from the PDI Corporate Security during the long weekend; who may not announce their
presence for audit purposes.
