1 Check front, rear panel & cooler unit for foreign matter.
2 Check tank auto drain and ball valve for clogging or damage.
3 Check air Filter element clogging or damage.
4 Check oil filter element clogging or damage.
5 Check oil separator element clogging or damage.
6 Check Scavenging pipe clogging or damage
7 Check coolant level in separator reservoir.
8 Check drive belt or coupling element for cracks, fraying, wear and adjust its tension.
9 Check screw airend rotor bearings during operation.
10 Check main drive motor bearing during operation.
11 Check axial flow fan motor or blower fan function.
12 Check compressor air and oil hose and pipes for leakage or deterioration.
13 Check suction control valve function or oil leakage.
14 Check air control Minimum Pressure Valve function or air leakage
15 Check oil control check valve function or oil leakage.
16 Check thermostatic valve function or oil leakage.
17 Check electric control blow off solenoid valve function or air leakage.
18 Check control load solenoid valve function or air leakage.
19 Check relief valve, safety valve, check valve and pressure gauge function.
20 Check electric control module, push button, meter, switch, gauge, indicator function.
21 Check E-part box, contactor, overload, transformer and pressure switch function.
22 Check tightening wire connection.
23 Check tightening torgue of drain plug, nuts and bolts for looseness
24 Check flexible hoses, pipes connection and coupler for leakage or deterioration.
25 Check micron filter element and drain kit clogging or damage
