I involved facilitating review and
assessment sessions for Grade 7 and Grade 8 students. In Grade 7, I continued the graded recitation from the previous session, guiding students through a series of questions to reinforce their understanding of the material. Despite the challenges, I managed to successfully complete the recitation, ensuring that all students had the opportunity to participate and contribute. Meanwhile, in Grade 8, we conducted a long test consisting of five essay questions. The purpose of this assessment was to enhance students' skills in answering essay exam questions, preparing them for similar tasks in the future. Students were given an hour to complete the test, during which they were required to demonstrate their comprehension and critical thinking abilities. This rigorous examination provided valuable insights into their understanding of the subject matter and areas for further improvement. Overall, today's sessions were focused on consolidating learning and assessing student progress.
