The graph gives the information of the number of questions received by the Tourist
office in a city in the period of 6 months in 2011.

Overall, the number of enquiries recevied by letter/email to tourist office

decreased, While the number of enquiries recevied by person and telephone
increased in the first half of the year 2011. It is notable that, sending enquiries in
person was the most common form.

As can be seen, the number of enquiries recevied by telephone was about 900 in
January which followed by a slight decrease to 800 in the next month. Although there
was an increase of number enquiries which accounted for 1000, it shown a stable
trend until April. A sharp rise was seen onward and reached the peak at 1600 in June.

did not change from march and april .However, the number of enquiries recevied by
person increased even 100 enquiries everymonth from january to march, but that
increased high 150 to 250 enquiries everymonth march to june. And the number of
enquiries recived by letter/email descreased uneven from febuary to march,
descreased even 200 enquiries from march to May and did not change from may to
june.
