 Goals/Ideas
Programs
● Google Forms - I will create google forms after every program
where people can give an honest anonymous opinion about the
program, so we can make more interesting, fun programs
● Backup Plans - I will make sure that every program has a backup
plan in case things go wrong. I.e, rain, not enough people, etc.
● Planning - I will be working with younger members, showing them
the process of how to plan programs, the MRIHA Funnel, and will
be showing the process of planning a program, and letting them
plan as many programs as they would want to.

Communication
● Calender - I will have a calendar that I will update immediately
● Promo Videos - I will work with Mazkir and Sopher to create 15-30
second promo videos to important programs that will be sent out to
members.
● Hosting - I will have a sign up genius to find houses one week in
advance at the latest and have the Moreh send out the link to that
in the parent comms.
● Board - I will be checking in with the board members every week to
make sure they are on track and doing well.

Chair Network

I will be having a chair network this term. I will be getting younger

members “shadow” members of the board, The younger members will be
assigned to a member of the board, and that board member will have calls
with them showing them how being a board member works and what their
job is.
