1.0 Purpose
The purpose PC Geotechnic Sdn Bhd produced safe operation procedure is committed to
eliminate, avoid and prevent the risk of incidents arising from bored pile work activity on part of
safety and health concern. This SOP also for:

1. To indicate a potential hazard for any individual are involved in this bored pile work
activity.
2. To review the hazard are involved during bored pile work activity.
3. To reduce hazard during bored pile work activity and up to date the requirement by
local authority

2.0 Scope
This safe operating procedure applies to all PC Geotechnic Sdn Bhd project site. The scope of
safety and health for this project to ensure all the piling work activity will conduct safely and
follow the safe operating procedure. Where statutory requirements are applicable, the more
stringent requirements shall take precedence.

3.0 Responsibilities

4.0 Potential hazards

5.0 Procedure
5.1 Pre-operational

5.2.2 Installation of casing

5.2.4 Installation of Steel Cage.

5.2.5 Concreting of Bored Pile
