INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES

1. The assignment contains 3 sections.

Section A: Create the CAD model from the given drawing
Section B: Create the drawings in First & Third angle
Section C: Describe the manufacturing step/ process for either one of the part
2. The final submission should be in form of a single PDF (Size Less than 10 Mb) containing Section B and C together.
3. Section A should be added as a separate attachment along with the final submission email.
4. You have to reply to the same mail with the subject "Mechnaical_Engineering_Internship_Assignment_(Your Name)”
5. No extension in timeline will be granted in case of failure in submitting on time.
6. Software’s/ utilities required to complete the assignment are clearly mentioned under each section’s guidelines and will
not be modified.

Section A: Create the CAD model from the given drawing

Guidelines:
• Recommended Tools: Autodesk Inventor
• Kindly refer to the drawings shown below to complete this task.
• You are required to create CAD model for both the drawings separately
• CAD should be done using parametric modelling only

Section B: Create the drawings in First & Third angle

Guidelines:
• After completing Section A, kindly create drawings for the CAD models.
• Each CAD model/ part should have the drawing linked to it.
• Separate drawings have to be created in First Angle & Third Angle projections for both the CAD
models

Section C: Describe the manufacturing step/ process for any one of the part
Guidelines:
• Take any CAD part/ model done in Section A and define its manufacturing steps/ process
