Recommendations

To improve the organizational structure of Malta Medical Center, several key


recommendations have been determined
Staffing and Workload Management. To address the staffing and workload issue, the
Malta Medical Center must implement workload management strategies and should be part of
an ongoing quality improvement by ensuring manageable workloads to the staffs, recruiting
additional staff, conducting thorough assessments of workforce needs to determine the
required staffing levels in various departments, emphasizing diversity, and inclusion in hiring
practices. They can also explore partnerships with educational institutions to establish
internship to attract aspiring healthcare professionals to join the organization. Host or
participate in recruitment events that organized by different institutions to facilitate networking
opportunities for future hiring needs. Lastly partnering with external entities such as
community outreach programs and health education.
Training and Professional Development. To ensure that nursing staff remain
competent, adaptable, and equipped to delivered high-quality care the Malta Medical Center
must invest in training and professional development for nursing staff is essential for their
growth by developing customized training programs that caters various levels of expertise and
specialization within nursing, and implementing mentorship programs by pairing the nurses
with newer staff members.
All of these actions are intended to increase organizational efficacy and promote a positive
environment at Malta Center Inc., by implementing these recommendations.
