LGU Laoang prepares for RCSP
implementation.
After the issuance of Executive Order organizing the
Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Team
on March 20, 2023, Hon Hector L. Ong, Municipal
Mayor, laid out the plan for the entire phases of RCSP
implementation including the scheduling of Serbisyo
Caravan.

On March 24, 2023, a meeting for the RCSP Team and


a Re-Orientation on EO 70 was conducted at the
LIETCO Covered Court, Brgy. Rawis, Laoang, N.
Samar, which signals the start of program
implementation. Barangay Officials of the 11 target
barangays and the RCSP Team members participated
in this half-day activity.

RCSP kicks off with Ugnayan sa Barangay
After a series of dialogues and planning
sessions, RCSP kicks off with Uganayan sa

4. Lack of access to potable water supply
5. Health and sanitation concerns and
6. Social welfare issues
