Dear Sir,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to advise
that you have been selected as "ITI TRAINEE" in our organisation at Bangalore. Your training is
for a period of one year from 12th January 2018.

You will initially be imparted training at Bangalore, but during your training period you may be
imparted in any of our establishment or manufacturing units in India, as and when required by the
Management.

You will be imparted training in shifts and also liable to be transferred from one department to
another department or from one section to another.

You will have to make your own transport arrangements to and from the factory.

During this period you will be given a consolidated stipend of Rs.11,000/-(Rupees Eleven
thousand only) per month inclusive of all allowances. Please note that during your training period,
you will not be entitled to any other service benefits.

f, at any time of your training, you are not found suitable, your further training will be concluded
without assigning any reason whatsoever and without any notice or payment of any stipend or
allowance or any compensation in lieu of notice thereof.

Your training with us automatically comes to an end on completion of one year training that is on
11th January 2019.
