INTRODUCTION

In 1960, brothers Tom and James Monaghan paid $500 for the sole "DomiNick's"
location that would later become the home of Domino's Pizza. In 1965, James gave
Tom his part of the company; as the sole proprietor, Tom renamed it Domino's Pizza
Inc. When the 200th Domino's location opened its doors in 1978, things really started
to heat up.In 1983, there were one thousand Domino's locations. That same year,
the company launched its first international location in Winnipeg, Canada, and its
first location in Queensland, Australia, on the continent of Australasia. With 5,000
locations operating by 1989, Domino's was the pizza chain with the fastest rate of
growth in the globe, including locations in South America, Japan, and the UK. With
over a million pizzas delivered daily throughout the globe, Domino's Pizza is the
most popular and rapidly expanding pizza delivery business in the world, dedicated
to maintaining the highest standards for both product quality and operational
efficiency. Over 14,800 owned and franchised Domino's Pizza Inc. locations may be
found in the United States and more than 85 markets. When it comes to online
transactions, Domino's is ranked among the top five firms worldwide. The largest
Domino's market in Southeast Asia and the fifth largest in Asia Pacific as of Q2 2017
is Domino's Pizza Malaysia. Dommal Food Services Sdn Bhd, the master franchise
holder, oversees Domino's Malaysia, which opened its doors in 1997. There are now
216 Domino's Pizza locations around the nation.
CONCLUSION

The profitability ratios' trends show that the company's returns on investments have
been increasing. However, other ratios, such the deteriorating trends in the liquidity
and efficiency ratios, show how poorly the company is performing in these areas.
Therefore, in order for the business to thrive, long-term revenue-generating initiatives
are vital. Long-term profitability is crucial for the survival of the business as well as
for the benefit of the shareholders, who typically get dividends on their shares.
Furthermore, the management of the company needs to look for methods to manage
the company's resources more effectively.
