Given two points are A(4, 0), B(-4, 0).
Given Condition : |PA - PB| = 4.
PA - PB = + 4.
PA = PB + 4.
Squaring on both sides,
PA2 = PB2 + 16 + 8 PB

(x1- 4)2 +  y1- 0  = (x1+ 4)2 +  y1- 0  + 8 PB
