Shift A
1. Switching “ON & OFF” of all the required lighting & power as per schedule time.
2. Monitoring & logging electrical parameters of all required area.
3. Checking the meter reading and getting the previous day consumption.
4. Rectification of all Electrical related complaints, failure, break down.
5. Rectification of all lighting complaints.
6. Operating of Club music of all floors & checking.
7. Preventive maintenance as per schedule of electrical panels, distribution boards,
8. Emergency lighting source (UPS, Inverter, Diesel Generator) performance checking.
(Every day)
9. Switching ON/OFF floor lights, as per requirement.
10. Power factor maintaining manually according to the load (24x7 monitoring)
11. Checking of cable lead heating on no load & on no load.
12. Load balancing & controlling.
13. Maintain the Inventory.
14. Emergency lights of all stair case & surrounding of premises checking.
Signage’s of Park ON/OFF time inside & outside according to the operating
schedule.
Shift B
1. Switching “ON & OFF” of all the required lighting & power as per schedule time.
2. Monitoring & logging electrical parameters of all required area.
3. Rectification of all lighting complaints.
4. Operating of Club music of all floors & checking.
5. Maintain the Inventory.
6. Power factor maintaining manually according to the load (24x7 monitoring)
7. Emergency lights of all stair case & surrounding of premises checking.
Signage’s of Park ON/OFF time inside & outside according to the operating
schedule.
8. Attained all the complaints from guest should rectify by minimum time line.
9. PPM scheduled

Shift C
1. Switching “ON & OFF” of all the required lighting & power as per schedule time.
2. Monitoring & logging electrical parameters of all required area.
3. Checking the meter reading and getting the previous day consumption.
4. Rectification of all Electrical related complaints, failure, break down.
5. Rectification of all lighting complaints.
6. Emergency lighting source (UPS, Inverter, Diesel Generator) performance checking.
7. Switching ON/OFF floor lights, as per requirement.
8. All major complaints of the day which is not possible in day time &
pending complaints. (bus bar section & LTP side)
