Greetings in Gold and Blue! We are reaching out to you as a 2 nd year college student of BS
Psychology at National University– Dasmariñas, currently studying Exceptional
Psychology. As part of our commitment to community engagement and academic
pursuits, we are keen on understanding and addressing the needs of individuals with
disabilities – specifically those with neurodevelopmental cases.

In this regard, my colleagues and I are interested in conducting an interview with a

representative from the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) in (Trece Martires,
City), Cavite. Our aim is to gather insights and perspectives that will inform our efforts to
devise future solutions and initiatives aimed at making a positive impact within the
community and promoting inclusivity, in which the needs of persons with disabilities (PWD)
require attention and must be addressed.

Would it be possible for us to schedule a brief interview with you or a suitable member of
