Answer: A well-designed lesson plan helps students and teachers

understand the goals of an instructional module. It allows the teacher to
translate the curriculum into learning activities and aligns the instructional
materials with the assessment.

2. What are the purposes of instructional goals and objectives?

Answer: The purpose of instructional goals and objectives is to help identify

course content, structure the lecture, and guide the selection of meaningful
and relevant activities and assessments especially when it was well-written.
It is the heart of instruction.

3. How can a teacher use instructional strategies to promote student

motivation?

Answer: The teacher can praise students for little things and big things.
Display their work around the classroom and mention it to classroom
visitors. Tell the students how proud you are of them when they learn a
new concept that you know they had difficulty understanding.
