Description
If the Client wants to develop only the website
then the asking price will be ৳5,00,000, which
includes all the charges regarding UI UX
design, Logo Design, and Website building.
There will be no additional domain or hosting
cost for the first 6 months. NextTech. Labs
will provide that support. After 6 months
there will be an additional charge of ৳30,000
PER YEAR. We will also use a biometric
attendance machine which will be included in
the main pricing of ৳5,00,000
Note. We want to suggest our client get either
the .education or .com domain. Getting .edu
is going to be more costly and have to face
many legal terms.
If the client wants to develop only the app from
NextTech. Labs then the asking price will be
৳5,00,000, Which includes all the charges
regarding UI UX Design, Logo Design, and App
building. There will be an initial charge of
৳5,000.
We will also use a biometric attendance
machine which will be included in the main
pricing of ৳5,00,000
 3. Complete Web and App Combined If the client wants to develop both the app and the
web through NextTech. Labs then there will be an
offered price of ৳8,00,000. This includes all the
charges regarding UI UX Design, Logo Design,
and building of the website and app.
We will use a biometric attendance machine
that will cost an additional ৳15,000

Note. There will be an additional cost of

৳40,000 PER YEAR for domain hosting of
both website and app.

● After the Submission of the project, there will be after-sales

service and maintenance provided by NextTech. Labs which
will start from ৳60,000 PER MONTH for both Website and
App Combined
THIS QUOTATION IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Delivery will be made within 100 days following NextTech. Labs receipt of payment. In
addition to this clause if the client adds extra features there will be an additional 30 days for
the delivery.

2. The general terms and conditions of purchase at the Agreement apply to this quotation
contract.

3. This quotation may be accepted to form a binding contract upon any one of the following
options:

a. Signature below and payment to NextTech. Labs for the items listed in this quote prior to
the expiration date.

b. Issuance of a purchase order to NextTech. Labs referencing this quote and the terms
and conditions herein prior to the expiration date at the Agreement.
