Academy Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions represent an agreement between KEW Academy ("Academy") and student,
a prospective student. By registering to any course, in the Academy, you accept these terms and
conditions in full, which along with Student Admission and the Institute’s rules, regulations, policies and
procedures and the most recently published prospectus (as applicable), form the contract between
Student and the Institute in relation to Student studies at the University as amended from time to time
pursuant to Clause.

1. All admissions will be considered done after receiving full fees


2. Students will have to submit the copy of the Aadhar card and Passport size photograph
3. Registration to ICAI should be done by the students directly to the ICAI website.
4. The Academy holds the right to cancel the admission of any student if he/she fails to pay the
fees on or before the due date.
5. If the student is non- contactable on the email id and phone number provided by them without
any information, University/institute holds the right to hold/cancel the admission of the student.
6. All text, audio and video recordings, images, video, animations, content, materials, data, and
other information included in, or made available to you, through various modes of
communication will be (collectively, “Our Content”) is the property KEW Academy.
7. Our Content may not be distributed, downloaded, uploaded, reproduced, reposted,
retransmitted, disseminated, sold, published, broadcast, or circulated, or otherwise used, in part
or in whole, in any way whatsoever without our express written permission. You may not
attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, scrape or data-mine the Content.
8. The Academy regrets that it cannot extend credit to students. All additional services (trips,
examination fees, materials, etc.) must be paid for in advance in cash if the Academy so
requests. Any invoiced expenses will be due for payment within fourteen days by the Fee Payer.
9. Cancellation - The acceptance of a student’s admission at the Academy means that a place has
been reserved for the student at the Academy. In cases where that place is cancelled by the Fee
Payer, the following charges shall apply:
a) 4 weeks or more before the commencement of the classes – Rs. 1000 Registration fee
b) 2 weeks before the c – Rs. 2500
c) 1 week before the commencement of the classes – half a term’s fees

10. The College reserves the right to require a student’s withdrawal including immediate withdrawal
from a course, or part of a course, for a serious or aggravated disciplinary or behavioral matter
including continued or repeated misconduct.
11. The student is liable for any breakages, loss or damage caused by the student to the premises in
which the student is being taught or is living.
12. Breakages, loss or damage in common areas are considered the joint responsibility of the
students in occupation, and will be recovered as such, unless an individual student accepts
responsibility for such damage caused.
13. The Academy may impose a reasonable penalty or fine for other forms of misconduct such as
contravening health & safety regulations or infringing College policy.

Publicity
By enrolling with the College, the Student, Parents, Guardians or Carers for the student, and the Fee
Payer, consent to the reasonable use of the student’s details and academic achievements, including
images or recordings of the student howsoever made, for promotional purposes.

18 Liability
The College shall not be liable for either death or personal injury suffered by any student except as may
arise through the negligence of the College. Parents and the student agree to notify the College of
special dietary needs, allergies or other medical conditions where special arrangements have to be
made.
Parents and students also agree that the College may administer any non-prescription medication or
first aid as is deemed appropriate and to seek medical, dental or optical treatment when required.

School trips and off-site activities


By enrolling with the College the Parents, Guardians or Carers for the student consent to the student
participating in all college trips and other activities off college premises and to be given first aid or
urgent medical treatment during the activity or college trip.

The College does not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever, including liability through the acts,
omissions or negligence of its employees, agents or assignees for the student’s personal property, and
the student is advised to take out personal insurance to cover any loss or damage to personal property
which may occur while the student is at the College although the Student, Parents, Guardians or Carers
for the student, and the Fee Payer should take independent advice on the content of such policies
before committing themselves.
