I. TITLE

DISTRICT-BASED LAUNCHING OF THE DIVISION PROJECT IN

MOTHER-TONGUE-BASED-MULTI-LINGUAL EDUCATION (MTB-
MLE)
Komunidad , Kapartner sa Pagpabasa ug Pagpasulat Karong
Pandemya
(Komunidad, Kapartner sang Pagpabasa aw Pagpasulat Adon nang
Pandemya)

II. RATIONALE

Reading and writing are two macro skills that should be given a
great importance to both teachers and learners. To attain great result,
the struggle during face-to-face classes is intense and much more when
this pandemic strikes.
The Department of Education has designed the Learning
Continuity Plan (LCP) to cater the needs of the learners in this new
normal way of education. Modular Distance Learning (MDL), Radio/TV
Based Distance Learning , Blended Learning and Online Distance
Learning are among the learning modalities employed by the DepEd but
still the learning seems to have loopholes because of the many factors
affecting the implementation.
As teachers in kindergarten and the primary grades, the
children’s progress depends greatly on their motivation, interest,
persistence, and ability to plan their work and initiative greatly depends
mostly on them.
Relative to this finding, the proponent- ALDA B. PAWIN,
Education Program Supervisor in Kindergarten and MTB-MLE of the
Division of Davao Oriental has come up with this project -Komunidad,
Kapartner sa Pagpabasa ug Pagpasulat Karong Pandemya (Komunidad,
Kapartner sang Pagpabasa aw Pagpasulat Adon nang Pandemya). This
aims for the authentic result through the community partnership using
templates of Means of Verification (MOV).
Moreover, parents and other stakeholders are also encouraged to
share their expertise on contextualized learning materials that may be of
great interest to the readers.
The proponent will make this project a supplement to the
primary learners’ need in attaining the goal of education in this new
normal way.
Attached herewith are the workplan and action plan for this
project to give the full details on how the project will be conducted.
To give full information in this project and how it will be
