1. Suitcases are not allowed. You can carry rucksacks, backpack, saddle bags
weighing not more than 20 kgs per person
2. Sequence of the day-wise tour program may change depending upon
traffic schedules/ restrictions or any unforeseen circumstances
3. We shall not be held responsible for any change in the itineraries due to
landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions etc
4. If there is any unprecedented hike in the cost of transport
(including fuel surcharge) or accomodation, it will affect the cost
5. Rs 5000/- (Refundable) to be deposited as bike security amount
before the start of the trip
6. This itinerary and cost is applicable for Indians only
7. Photography & drone shoot will be on-the-go. So, pls do not expect high-end
results as shoot will be governed by time, weather & govt restrictions
8. Volvo timings will be subject to availability. No meals during the journey
9. No refunds will be provided on unutilized services of package (if any)
10. Rescheduling of dates will have an additional cost of Rs 2500 per person
11. We reserve all rights to dismiss a client from the tour due to any form of
misbehaviour, quarrel, physical or verbal assault affecting any client or staff

should note that services can only be availed if min. of 10 members opt for the
same per batch. Shoot is governed by time, weather & govt restrictions.

A.Yes, Ladakh is a very cold desert. So, please keep in mind that
temperature can drop down to minus degrees at any point of time.
Q. What original documents do I need to carry with me?

A. Covid Vaccination Certificate, Driving Licence & Aadhar Card
For self bikers - RC, Insurance, Pollution Certificate also needed

Q. Is there any lack of oxygen during trip?

A. Yes! You are riding at an altitude of 10,000+ feet above sea level.
Sometimes, riders find difficulty in breathing due to low levels
of atmospheric oxygen. The biggest cause of AMS (Acute Mountain
Sickness) is dehydration. Riders on the trip forget to drink enough water,
so it happens. To beat AMS, take the following steps:
1. Keep drinking water mixed with Electral/ORS/Glucose
2. Don’t push too hard, take it slow
3. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, stop & take Diamox.
It starts working in an hour
4. In case of dizziness, ask oxygen from the road captain
Q. Does Leh have ATMs?

A. Yes! But many a times, some don’t work due to network issues.
So, always keep cash handy with you from the start of your trip
