In reference to the BLGS Memorandum dated March 25, 2024, pertinent to the draft
JMC between the Department of Human Settlements and Development (DHSUD) and
the Department, providing the updated guidelines on the creation of LHB currently
governed by DILG MC 2008-143 or the “Creation of Local Housing Boards and Local
Interagency Committees in Local Government Units”, kindly review and provide
comments on the said JMC.
