 Operation & maintenance of all existing enterprise customer services.
 Traffic shifting from existing microwave links to new links.
 RSL correction project for miss-aligned microwave hops.
 Microwave errors reduction activity of microwave hops.

Quality Assurance:

 Reviewing the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction/ quality

failures and advise on system and process changes for qualitative improvement
& conservations
 Ensuring compliance with environmental & safety regulations.
Installation & Commissioning:

 Anchoring on-site installation & commissioning activities to ensure completion of

project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to
maximize the output.
 Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe & timely
execution of the projects.

OHS Management:

 TI, MS and NPO Contractor review for OHS complied team deployment.
 Conduct Induction training and arrange FARM/FA/ES Training program for all
Internal and external employees.
 Conduct site level mock drill to spread awareness and check emergency
preparedness plan.
 Conduct Regular Audit and Inspection of Sites to ensure OHS compliance on
field.
