This is to certify that Mr. SHAHMIR S/O MUHAMMAD YOUSIF MEMON worked as Trainee Engineer
(Electrician) at GSO HESCO 132KV Grid Station Oasimabad Hyderabad. He attended various site jobs
in this Company and found with good will to acquire knowledge of Electrical and Electronic equipments
installed in the grid station of this formation. As a Trainee Engineer he worked on following era and
gained sufficient knowledge.

 Performed Maintenance, Operation and Testing of 132/11 KV Substation equipments like

Circuit Breakers, Isolators, Power Transformers, Batteries and Power Cables.
 Attend the Shutdowns to the work on Power Transformers, Circuit breakers, 11kv
 Feeder Panels and Transmission Lines etc for Testing and Maintenance work.
 Performed different types of Tests on Oil Filled Transformers like Dielectric Strength Test of
Transformer Oil, C&DF Test, Insulation Test, Earthing Test, T.T.R. test,
 Winding resistance tests etc) by using different Test Kits
 Performed different types of test on H.V/L. V Circuit breakers like (Contact Resistance test,
Closing & Tripping timing test, Insulation test, C&DF Test).
 Also Performed control operations of 132/11KV Substations equipment like Circuit
 Breakers, Isolators, Earth Switches as per requirements of N.P.C.C, R.C.C.

He served the Company for 1 year from August 2009 to July 2010. In the light of my knowledge he is
intellectual, hardworking and capable of working independently with self motivation. We wish him all the
