Alert Notice

Subject: - Strict Adherence to Passenger Data Retrieval Protocol

Recently there was an incident on one of the airline handled by AIASL wherein during counter check in, the
passenger details was retrieved based on surnames rather than the designated PNR details. Due to such
negligence, in result, passengers with the same surname were incorrectly checked-in for different
destinations on different airlines & handed over wrong boarding passes.

The passenger was subsequently stopped by immigration authorities resulting in passenger missing their
flight, besides severe inconvenience caused.

Such deviations from our established protocol pose a potential risk of errors and compromise our
commitment to accuracy.

To prevent recurrence of such incidents, the following points are reiterated:

1) Passenger’s details are to be retrieved only using PNR/Passport Details.

2) It is mandatory to cross-verify the obtained details with the physical identification proof
presented by the passenger.
3) Counter check-in staff must have to perform a mandatory re-confirmation of passenger name, flight
number, and destination during the handover of the boarding pass to ensure accuracy.
4) Any deviation observed to be immediately brought to notice of Counter supervisor & shift In-
charge.

Compliance of the above is mandatory.
