mobile phones for 3-4 hours, eat healthy foods, and exercise daily or
3 times a week. In other words, we should do things that enable us
to gain good benefits in all aspects of our life.

Directions: Choose a partner and perform an exercise routine. You
may use any exercise music of your own choice. You will be given 5
minutes to practice and a 1-minute performance.
