Case description Name Plate

Slowing down of arm roll- out function when we operated together with bucket

Symptom

Arm Roll- out function was abnormal and even slow down with no load

Possible Reason

Port reliefs of arm-in and arm-out Hour Meyer

Hydraulic pipes concerned with arm leak or clogging.
SC solenoid of 3-spool solenoid block
Arm regenerative valve
Arm 1 and arm 2 spool
Arm 1 flow rate control valve
Machine Photo Service Report Defective omponent

Action

Firstly, our service team changed two port reliefs of arm-in and arm-out function. And then, we tested the machine but it was not ok. So, we also
checked the hydraulic pipes concerned with arm but no wrong piping was found. As the next step, we changed the SC solenoid of 3-spool solenoid
block and arm regenerative valve. Although we continued changing the arm 1 and arm 2 spool, nothing was happened. Therefore, we also changed
the arm 1 flow rate control valve as the final step. As a result, this combined function were better than the original condition and our machine
could be operated with the different types of combined function smoothly.
Flow rate control valves control the volumetric rate of the fluid that flows through them. In addition, they restrict the oil flow rate effectively in the
circuit during combine operation. But the poppet valve inside the valve's housing twas damaged and blocked with contaminants when we
disassembled . So, the required pilot pressure oil from pump 2 which is controlled by arm 2 flow rate control valve can't pass through it to the arm
1 spool and the insufficient pressure can't operate this spool with normal condition; especially in the combined operation with other attachments.
No error and abnormal signs were formed when we changed the new flow rate control valve and tested again.

Suggestion

No error and abnormal signs were formed when we changed the new flow rate control valve and tested again.
