few modilications vide Notilication No. 101+1-FIN(G)/ 15(U
Dated, August 24, 2ol7 of
Finance DePartment.

Tra'sfer of charge including assumption of responsibility for forms cash, stores, etc' is
guided by Rule iao of GFi(zoLT. ti is observ"d that GFR 33
are, still being
used by most of tJ;1e gaznt-ted officers of the department for certificate of transfer of
joining reports etc' But as
charge in respect of tr-ansfer/assumption of responsibility,
and GFR 16(A) has
per GFR zoiz,the same form has b."t, omitted and new GFR 16
been adoPted for the PurPose.

Therefo re, asample form of GFR 16 and 16(A) are enclosed

with tllis memo for strict
compliance by all officers of t].e Department.
