Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls

Ingredients: (Dinner Roll)


24g powdered milk

481g bread flour


5g Instant dry yeast

274g water
5g salt

48g white sugar


63g butter

Ingredients: (Garlic Butter for coating)

2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried parsley

Parmesan cheese (optional)

Procedure:
1. Mix first 3 dry ingredients together

2. Mix water with salt and sugar


3. Then mix into a dough. Add butter.

4. Knead dough until it passes window pane test.


5. Rest for 1 hour or until it double its size.

6. After 1 hour punch down dough. Remove gas.


7. Portion dough into 30 grams each. Shape it into balls. Put it in a baking pan

8. Rest for 45 minutes. After resting brush with egg wash and bake
9. Bake at 350F pre heated oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

10. Brush garlic butter on top. Sprinkle it with parmesan cheese and serve warm
