A The Contractor shall provide all constructional plant, 1.00 Item 134,500.00
lifting equipment, transport facilities, tools and
services required for the proper execution of the Works.
The facilities shall include the provision of protective
clothing and safety equipment complete. The
Contractor shall be responsible for delivery to the site
of all constructional plant, which he needs to carry out
the Works. This responsibility shall include shipment,
customs clearance, off-loading, loading and handling
and all transportation to site and the removal of all
redundant plant on completion of the Works.
B The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all 1.00 Item Included
approvals necessary for the Government Departments,
the Police, Local Service Authorities (ie. Dubai
Electricity and Water Authority. Etisalat / EITC, Civil
Defence, etc) as required in the performance of this
Contract, and for coordinating approvals and the like
with requirements of the master plan developer and
his representatives necessary for the works to proceed.
C The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining the 1.00 Item Included
Site Boundary Demarcation Certificate form the
relevant Section of JAFZA, agree the location of the Site
Boundary markers with the Survey Section and to
carry out permanent demarcations. The Contractor
shall provide the Engineer with a copy of the certificate.
The Contractor shall be responsible for liaising with
JAFZA.

Temporary Utilities

Temporary Drainage

by the Local Medical Authorities and Engineer, and
