Interaction Session ‘ChaiPoint_Pe_Charcha’ with Mr. Amuleek

The Young Indians, with Client Associates
organized an interactive session
'ChaiPoint_Pe_Charcha' with Mr. Amuleek
Singh Bijral, Founder and CEO of Chai_point,
the world's largest Chai-led beverage platform
and the largest seller of chai and filter coffee
across India on 18th January, 2023. He
shared the experiences and learnings in his
entrepreneurial journey of making Chai Point
such a huge success and also talked about
their motto IROC: 'I Run On Chai'.

Members from the YUVA wings of various

colleges were invited to be a part of the discussion. Dhruv and Himani attended the
event on behalf of CII YI YUVA- SSCBS Chapter, gaining useful insights into Chai
Point's business model, the market of Indian beverages, and Asia's business potential.
It was a wholesome discussion and an amazing learning opportunity.

CII organised 8th Edition of ‘CII Delhi HR Conclave’

The Confederation of Indian Industry
organized the 8th edition of 'CII Delhi HR
CONCLAVE' at the The Leela Ambience Hotel,
Gurugram on 23rd January, 2023.

This year's theme being 'Evolving Future of

Work', the event was graced by a panel of
esteemed personalities including Mr. Mike
Clarke, CHRO of Hero MotoCorp, Mr. Parag
Paranjpe, CHRO of RJ Corp, Mr. Sunil Goyal,
CEO of Sopra Steria India, and many other
industry leaders. The panelist provided useful
insights into the future of the Indian workforce
and the significance of HR workspace in an organization.

The members of CII YI YUVA from various colleges were invited to attend the event and
the two Masterclass Workshops. Mrs. Aanisha took the first workshop on 'Acing the
interviews and Resume building', delivering cognizance on succeeding in the
recruitment process, while Mrs. Rubi Khan shared her knowledge and experience in the
second workshop for 'Surviving and Thriving the first 90 days at the first job.'

Various members of the CII YI YUVA SSCBS Chapter attended the event, gaining
useful insights into the HR workspace and corporate culture.

Interactive Session with Dr. Ritesh Malik

The Young Indians under Confederation of Indian
Industry organized an exclusive interaction with Dr.
Ritesh Malik, Founder and CEO of Innov8
Coworking Spaces at Qutab Golf Course, New
Delhi on 16th February, 2023

It was an insightful session in which Dr. Malik took us

through his own journey of becoming a doctor by
profession and then chucking it to become an
entrepreneur. He expounded on the growing need to
adopt technology in every sphere of business and be mindful of possible disruptions. He
shared valuable lessons for budding entrepreneurs citing his own experiences and
journey.

The session was open to students of YUVA Chapters of the affiliated colleges. Dhruv
and Sambasivan attended the event on behalf of the CII YI YUVA SSCBS Chapter and
found the session profound and thought-provoking, taking home invaluable lessons

Session with Kanika Tekriwal

The Innovation and Investment Vertical of CII
Young Indians had organized a session at Hotel
Le Meridien, New Delhi with Kanika Tekriwal,
Founder and CEO of JetSetGo Pvt Ltd. Kanika,
who featured in Forbes 30 under 30, is also the
Youngest Richest woman in India on 16th March,
2023. She shared her entrepreneurial journey and
how she set up her own aviation-based startup
after defying parental opposition, casual sexism,
and even cancer.
The members of YUVA vertical from various colleges were also invited to attend the
event. Dhruv Jain, Shivam Kumar, and Shivam Bhardwaj attended the event on behalf
of CII YUVA, SSCBS Chapter. The participants left the session with a renewed sense of
purpose and an empowered mindset to make a difference.

Interactive Session with Mr. PKD Nambiar

The CII Young Indians had organized an
exclusive interaction at Hotel Shangri La,
New Delhi with Mr. PKD Nambiar, a political
strategist, marketeer, successful author,
and entrepreneur on 17th March, 2023.

Mr. Nambiar took us through his

understanding of brand and what it means
to have a successful personal brand. He
also shared valuable lessons for budding
entrepreneurs and brand managers citing
his own experiences and journey. The event
provided valuable insights into practical
ways of building a personal brand that
stands the test of time proving innumerable benefits for you and your business.

The session was open to students of YUVA Chapters of the affiliated colleges. Dhruv

Kunal Shah Session on Valuation in Collaboration with Grandeur

CII YI YUVA, SSCBS Chapter in collaboration with
Grandeur - The Consulting and Knowledge Cell of
SSCBS organized an online workshop on 'Business
Valuation' led by Mr. Kunal Shah, Co-founder of
online financial education platform upsurge club
(formerly Valuationary) on 18th February, 2023.
The workshop aimed to educate students about the
fundamentals of business valuation, and it was both interactive and insightful.

During the workshop, students had the opportunity to engage with Mr. Kunal Shah and
learn about the basics of valuation, including techniques used to value businesses,
common challenges faced while conducting valuations, and best practices for
conducting thorough and accurate valuations. The workshop was designed to be an
interactive learning experience, with students encouraged to ask questions and
participate in discussions throughout the session.

Overall, the workshop provided students with a valuable learning opportunity and a
deeper understanding of the importance of business valuation in today's financial

Model YI-G20
Young Indians had hosted the Model G20
2023 in partnership with WOSY
where students, academics, and
professionals had simulated a conference
meeting
based on the actual G20. The participants
had taken on the roles of leaders,
representatives, and experts to discuss
global issues and reach a consensus on
policy recommendations. The significance of
the G20 lies in its ability to bring
together key global decision-makers and
promote International cooperation on a
range of environmental, economical, and financial issues.

With the Model G20 2023, participants had got the chance to have a direct impact
on the actual G20 with the outcomes and verdicts they come up with in the
discussions. The panel of judges and chief guests, comprising Members of the
Cabinet, along with other significant dignitaries, had further provide the participants with
huge exposure and recognition of the agendas as well. The Model G20 2023 had aimed
to achieve the following objectives: Skill-building and Networking, Policy influence,
Innovation, and Addressing Global Challenges The participating colleges were:

Product Management Webinar by Mr. Rishabh Bindal

CII YI Yuva hosted a webinar on Product
Management led by Mr. Rishabh Bindal, a
seasoned expert who has worked at notable
companies such as Flipkart, Walmart, and Wynk
on 18th April, 2023. The webinar provided a
valuable opportunity for students to learn from Mr.
Bindal's extensive knowledge and experience in
the field.

During the webinar, Mr. Bindal shared insights,

tips, and tricks on product management, covering
various aspects such as market research, product strategy, product development, and
product launch. He provided real-life examples and case studies to help students
understand the concepts and techniques more effectively.

Mr. Bindal also discussed the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, and
collaboration in product management, emphasizing the need for staying up-to-date with
the latest trends and technologies. He encouraged students to ask questions and seek
feedback, highlighting the significance of open communication and constructive criticism
in the product management process.
