sounded that like one of the trolls to start an argument. The trolls kept arguing till
dawn at which point they turned to stone because trolls turn to stone in sunlight.

creature?

Ans: Bilbo knew that the three people were trolls and not any other creature
because they had large faces, legs that looked like they were of trolls and they
spoke the language that trolls speak.

Q5: What does Bilbo decide to steal from the trolls?

Ans: Bilbo decided to steal a money purse from the pocket of William the Troll.

Q6: What do the trolls argue about?

Ans: The trolls argue if they should roast, mince and boil or sit on the dwarves to
turn them to jelly to eat the dwarves.
