1. Review of DM-CI-2020-0015, s. 2020

Mrs. Mary Arnel B. Angway, Guidance Coordinator, spearheaded the recap
on the salient features of Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of
Homeroom Guidelines during Crisis Situation for SY 2020-2021.

2. Run-through of the Observation Forms and Program Monitoring Tools

Mrs. Angway presented the contents of the annexes attached on the Regional
Memorandum No. 785, s. 2020.

She first enlightened the body about the significance of Annex 1: Homeroom
Guidance Monitoring Tool (School Level) that aims to evaluate the
performance of teachers in implementing the Homeroom Guidance (HG)
program. Then, she proceeded to discuss Annex 2: Homeroom Guidance
Monitoring and Evaluation Tool (SDO Level) that serves as the monitoring
tool of division personnel in evaluating schools on how HG program is
administered across the four quarters. Annex 3: Homeroom Guidance
Learner’s Development Assessment was the penultimate part of the
convention; teachers were oriented about the different indicators intended to
individually describe the student’s affective domain.

3. Compilation of Pertinent Files

In compliance to Annex 2 of the aforementioned memorandum, the guidance-
designate encouraged the teachers to prepare all the documents mentioned
in the form. They were also strongly advised to safekeep the outputs of the
students since Day 1 of the school HG implementation.
