Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your interview
time
For verification purposes, please bring your
official ID
Duration of the interview: 1 hour 22 INTERVIEW FEEDBACK
Interview feedback will be within 2 weeks
Upon passing the technical evaluation, you will be requested to
submit the required color-scanned PDF documents to Saudi Aramco
within 5 working days:
Copy of passport front page
Completed and hand-signed application form
Copy of 3 latest pay slips
Copy of your bachelor's degree plus transcripts
(transcripts are the documents showing individual
modules studied and grades attained)
Additional degrees

EVALUATION PROCESS 3
Selected candidates will go through an evaluation process
which will be completed within 3 weeks
To expedite the pre-offer stage and address contingencies
such as education verification, our team will contact you
for the approval to proceed with the pre-offer education
verification
You will receive a "Know Your Candidate (KYC) form" with
instructions on how to fill it
Please only return the KYC form upon receiving a
conditional offer
4 CONDITIONAL OFFER
Upon successful completion of the evaluation
process, Saudi Aramco will provide a
conditional job offer
Do not resign until all hiring contingencies
are cleared and the assigned relocation
advisor confirms via email
The conditional job offer is valid for 7 days.
Upon accepting the offer and submitting the
filled KYC form, we will proceed with pre-
hiring contingencies

5 PRE-HIRING CONTINGENCIES
The assigned relocation advisor will provide guidance to complete all pre-
hiring contingencies
Once all contingencies are cleared, you will receive official communication
to proceed with your resignation, and the relocation advisor will guide on the
next steps
